How does the online purchase of a prepaid calling card work?
After your payment was received, a confirmation or the PIN and operating instructions are indicated and additionally sent to you via email. With direct charge your mobile phone account is directly filled up by the amount paid. You are not required to enter your PIN anymore, therefore you only receive a confirmation that your account has been recharged. Our service is self-explanatory. In addition, we offer detailed instructions, which explain the steps of online purchase in depth.

What is the difference between direct refill and refill with PIN?
When you choose direct charge the paid amount is directly added to your mobile phone account. There is no need for a PIN, you only receive a confirmation of the new balance of your account.
When you recharge using the PIN, the PIN and the operating instructions are indicated and additionally sent to you via email. You have to activate your PIN with your mobile, the amount is then credited to your mobile account. This process is described in detail in the enclosed operating instructions.

I want to pay with credit card. Why do you need my postal address?
When paying with credit cards, it is necessary for reasons of your and our security, to obtain additional information beyond the email address, e. g. name and address.

Why do I get a password?
If you are already customer, you use your password to have your personal settings indicated or – if necessary – changed. If you want to pay with credit card, for security reasons it is required to log on with a password. Your data are now protected against spies.

What can I do, if I forgot my password?
In case you forgot your password, click on the link “forgot password” under Register/Login. On the following page, you only need to enter your email address and click on the button “send password” and a new password is sent to your email address.

How can I pay?
The following payments are accepted:

  • Advance payment transfer from checking account
  • PayPal

How is my card delivered?
After your payment was received, a confirmation or the PIN and the operating instructions are indicated and additionally sent to you via email.

How much does this service cost?
For you this service is free. You only pay the value of your prepaid calling card.

Is the transfer of my data secure?
For our service we use SSL (Secure socket layer) technology and assign personal passwords to insure a secure data transfer and protection against public views.

Why does the internet address start with https://secure instead of http://www ?
The data are transferred encrypted and are therefore particularly safe.

Where can I change my data?
To change your data, you have to log on first with your email address and your password. At the left navigation bar, you click on the “change data” link. Your customer account opens, where your can enter the desired alterations. You store changes by clicking on the “store changes” button.
